Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and placing top talent for a range of client organisations. The role combines relationship building, talent sourcing and career coaching to deliver successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow long‑term client relationships.
• Source, screen and match candidates to client requirements.
• Conduct high‑volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide candidates with personalised career advice and coaching.
• Create compelling job advertisements and drive placements through effective posting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Strong sourcing and cold‑calling abilities.
• Experience using the Placement Partner platform.
• Target‑driven, organised and confident communicator.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing or Business.
