About the role

Key responsibilities

• Own the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned sectors.
• Develop new business, acquire clients and build strategic relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing hiring strategy and market insights.
• Source, engage and place high‑calibre talent.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience (agency or specialist).
• Proven success in business development and client management.
• Strong commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
