About the role

Communicate Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join its Cape Town team. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their talent needs, and delivering top‑tier candidates that fit those requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify, source, and screen candidates across multiple platforms.
• Match candidate profiles to client job specifications and negotiate agreements.
• Provide career guidance to job seekers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract qualified talent.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales consulting.
• Proven confidence in cold‑calling and client outreach.
• Experience working as a Placement Partner or similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
• Effective relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
