Recruiter – US Market (Remote, SAST Shift)

About the role

This hybrid recruiter position blends high‑level talent acquisition with a sales‑driven mindset. You will work remotely from South Africa, aligning your schedule with US Eastern Time (3 PM – 12 AM SAST) to serve US‑based clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to US clients, understanding their hiring challenges and presenting top talent.
• Proactively source, headhunt, and vet candidates for senior and high‑stakes roles.
• Manage the full offer process, including salary negotiations, objection handling, and closing deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track performance against sales‑like targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 360° recruitment or high‑end B2B sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work strictly on US Eastern Time with a high‑intensity work ethic.
• Resilience to handle rejection and pivot quickly.
