Project Manager - Western Cape

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential development projects in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial town planning through to final handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
• Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, specifically in large‑scale developments.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in project management and the development industry.
