Project Delivery Manager - Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead customer‑facing software and technical projects for a fast‑growing technology business serving the telecommunications sector. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects, from initiation through to acceptance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources across Development, Business Intelligence, QA, Infrastructure, AI and other technical functions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and blockers, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate project governance, progress meetings and internal delivery sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Organise and lead customer workshops, demonstrations, training and acceptance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical or software projects in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with telecommunications technology platforms and solutions.
