Project Administrator – SAP HR & Payroll Implementation

About the role

Provide end‑to‑end administrative support across all phases of the SAP Activate lifecycle for HR and payroll implementations, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and strong project governance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer sprint backlogs during the Realise phase and coordinate project activities.
• Track and report on project progress throughout Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy and Run phases.
• Maintain project governance and quality management standards.
• Coordinate documentation and communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in project administration or PMO support for business and IT projects.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Fundamentals or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
• Basic knowledge of HR and payroll processes and challenges in implementing HR/payroll systems.
• Experience with HR, payroll or HCM projects such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP HR and payroll modules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP HR and payroll modules.
