About the role
The EPMO Project Administrator provides essential administrative support to senior project leaders, ensuring smooth governance, meeting coordination, and accurate reporting across the project portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to Senior Manager, Programme Manager and Project Manager.
- Monitor audit progress on PPM, ensuring artefacts are uploaded and data fields populated.
- Implement and uphold Project Office governance standards.
- Organise logistical requirements for meetings, steering committees and workshops.
- Record minutes, workshop notes and maintain action/decision logs.
- Assist in tracking project progress against plans and preparing status reports.
- Compile and deliver project deliverables to quality standards.
- Support post‑launch reviews, draft lessons‑learned and provide stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate presentation inputs and produce PowerPoint decks.
- Prepare governance and ad‑hoc reports for MANCO, EXCO, XCEED and other bodies.
Required profile
- High energy, performance‑driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to embrace change, work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written Business English communication.
- Post‑matric certificate; CAPM and/or PMP certification preferred.
- Advanced PC literacy and strong time‑management skills.
- Understanding of project management methodology, Gantt charts and project/portfolio software.
