Production Operator (Level 1)

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Level 1 Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and support safe, efficient operations for a range of iconic consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules and regulations.
• Perform visual quality checks and measure basic parameters to meet quality standards.
• Make machine adjustments as instructed by the Quality Associate and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Maintain world‑class housekeeping following 5S standards and report damaged or defective equipment.
• Prepare and load raw materials and packaging, run the machine, monitor performance, and make minor setting adjustments.
• Report major deviations, participate in consumable changes, and assist the Team Leader as needed.
• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (N3).
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset, self‑starter attitude, and sound technical know‑how.
• Experience with operating a converting line is advantageous.
