Production Clerk - Cape Town

About the role

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a meticulous Production Clerk to join their production team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for capturing, analysing and reporting daily production data, helping the business make informed operational decisions and achieve production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect accurate production data from machines, employees and product lines each shift.
• Analyse trends, identify bottlenecks and prepare clear reports for supervisors.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by highlighting efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain production logs, ensure data integrity and comply with health‑industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory, assembly line or production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
