PPU Technical Support – Data & Systems Specialist

About the role

The PPU Technical Support role assists the TCM service delivery team in providing smooth, efficient services that meet the high expectations of TCM and its business partners. The position focuses on data handling, system support, and ensuring reliable operation of print and self‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from databases, spreadsheets and other sources.
• Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Create visualisations and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models to optimise storage and retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues and support end‑user computing devices such as ATMs and kiosks.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in print solutions.
• Strong integrity, self‑motivation and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
