Pilates Instructor

About the role

Movegood is seeking a passionate, full‑time Pilates Instructor to join its intimate studio environment. You will initially take over existing classes and later have the chance to develop your own sessions across two locations.

Key responsibilities

• Teach group, private and duet Pilates classes.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and support their long‑term progress.
• Customize exercises to individual needs rather than following a fixed routine.
• Communicate professionally with clients and manage class schedules, bookings, attendance and client coordination.
• Assist with general studio housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Energetic, motivational and confident with a positive, uplifting presence.
• Excellent communicator who genuinely connects with clients.
• Committed to client well‑being and long‑term progress, not just ticking off exercises.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and willing to stay at least one year.
• Reliable personal transport for moving between studios.

Required skills

• Comprehensive BASI or Body Intellect Pilates qualification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of professional Pilates teaching experience.
• Knowledge of fascia work, body reading and anatomy.
• Rehabilitation knowledge is a strong plus.
