About the role

Mediclinic Upington is seeking a qualified Physician specialized in Internal Medicine to join its private practice team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading private healthcare brand serving local, national and international patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine services to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and specialists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Internal Medicine.
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
• Experience in private practice or hospital settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centred approach.
