Pharmacy Sales Representative – Gauteng (Remote)

About the role

The Pharmacy Sales Representative will create and execute sales plans to meet targets by engaging existing and potential healthcare customers, delivering tailored presentations, and building strong relationships that drive product growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets within the assigned territory.
• Execute customer orders using the Wholesaler Customer Database.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with pharmacy healthcare professionals and other clients.
• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc sales presentations and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to co‑create customized sales campaigns.
• Visit customer locations regularly to gather market intelligence, monitor order status, and assess competitive activity.
• Negotiate visibility agreements and coordinate with third‑party service providers to activate point‑of‑sale elements.
• Prepare detailed sales activity reports, contribute forecasts, and provide market insights to management.
