About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead its HR function within a vibrant hotel environment. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to nurture a positive workplace culture and support the professional growth of all team members.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full People & Culture department, ensuring all HR processes are delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement initiatives that align with hotel targets and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage the lifecycle of the team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, development, and succession planning.
- Own the People & Culture budget and training plan, collaborating with management to assess performance.
- Maintain compliance with legislation, audit requirements, and best‑practice HR activities.
- Handle the complete payroll function, from processing to statutory reporting and query resolution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example leadership style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency with payroll systems, specifically Sage/VIP payroll processing.
