Part-Time Sales Consultant – Retail (Apple Products)

About the role

The iStore at Capegate Shopping Centre is looking for a part‑time Sales Consultant to help customers experience the latest Apple technology. You will work on the shop floor, engaging shoppers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on demonstrations of Apple devices and services.
• Approach and engage customers proactively to identify their requirements.
• Present complete product solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Assist with Apple authorised repairs and technical support queries.

Required profile

• Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate.
• Some retail or sales experience; product knowledge of Apple devices is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
