Paralegal

About the role

Reload Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Paralegal to support its legal, compliance and administrative functions across logistics and warehousing operations. The role will be central to contract management, property and lease administration, regulatory compliance, insurance handling and HSE documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and administer standard agreements such as leases, service level agreements and NDAs.
• Maintain the contract register, track renewals and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Support the legal team with dispute tracking, documentation and escalations.
• Administer warehouse and depot lease agreements, coordinate rental payments and lease escalations with Finance.
• Maintain records of zoning approvals, permits, licenses and compliance registers.
• Assist with due‑diligence for new operational sites and liaise with landlords, tenants and authorities.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Handle insurance administration, claims coordination and policy tracking, including contractor insurance documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team and track related tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal documents.
• Experience in contract drafting, review and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with lease administration and property documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and audit support.
• Ability to coordinate with finance, legal and HSE teams.
• Effective communication with external parties such as landlords and government authorities.
