Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the marketing and commercial functions, helping to execute campaigns, manage content and assist with lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and qualify incoming leads, supporting conversion into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Own and maintain the sales team collateral repository and manage production of business cards.
• Administer the CRM system, provide training for new sales colleagues and maintain key marketing logs.
• Conduct market research, compile reports and maintain case study and testimonial logs.
• Support newsletter development, proofread marketing materials and assist with social media content scheduling and community engagement.
• Provide web support by updating pages, publishing posts and sourcing images for web and social use.
• Assist in planning and execution of events and maintain the intranet homepage and team page.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least one year of internship or entry‑level experience in a marketing team.
