About the role

Leverage your management and leadership expertise to shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. You will evaluate and improve AI systems trained on real‑world leadership scenarios, directly influencing the technology that supports managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI handling of managerial reasoning and trade‑offs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory.
• Skilled at critically evaluating decision‑making processes and analyzing trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning.
• Self‑directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
