Management Accountant – Financial Reporting & Business Partnering

About the role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its Pretoria North office. This full‑time position will focus on turning financial data into actionable business insights, supporting strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, providing actionable insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
• Partner with operational and senior management teams, offering financial guidance and commercial insights.
• Support the enhancement of management reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and the integration of advanced analytics.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
