Luxury Travel Consultant (Destination Weddings)

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations and their guests. The role involves coordinating complex, multi‑party travel itineraries and ensuring seamless service throughout the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for weddings, honeymoons, guest travel and post‑event extensions, including accommodation, transfers and experience arrangements.
• Communicate professionally with guests, planners and partners via WhatsApp, email and phone, delivering discreet and culturally sensitive support.
• Monitor active bookings, identify potential conflicts, resolve standard travel issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Log bookings, guest details and communications in internal CRM systems and maintain organized documentation.
• Collaborate with hotels, transfer providers and local service partners, representing Wedded Wonderland in all supplier interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during live wedding periods.
• High level of precision, professionalism and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for booking and client management.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.
