About the role
The Liquor Store Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth while maintaining high standards of stock availability and customer service in a liquor retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support, monitor and coordinate the effective management of liquor shop staff.
- Ensure reliable stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Minimise shrinkage and wastage through effective inventory controls.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent service.
