About the role

The Junior Application Support Specialist will join the Service Delivery team to provide timely and professional support for mission‑critical supply‑chain applications. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests while contributing to SLA compliance and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Support customers using problem‑solving, software skills and collaboration with support teams.
Investigate, prioritize and resolve support tickets.
Escalate incidents when required.
Maintain SLA commitments.
Assist with customer training.
Participate in after‑hours standby rotation.
Work closely with developers, testers and account managers.
Deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

Strong teamwork capability.
Calm under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Self‑motivated.
Passion for continuous improvement.
Customer support experience is essential.
Basic IT certification or two years of verifiable experience.

Required skills

SQL knowledge.
Experience with ticketing systems.
TeamViewer proficiency.
WinSCP proficiency.
General IT systems knowledge.
