IT Technician – Managed Services Provider

About the role

Join a well‑established IT management services provider that delivers best‑practice, trend‑aligned IT and telecommunications solutions. The technical team is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to work in a small, collaborative environment while supporting multiple clients across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and basic network administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site support for PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Perform basic network configurations – routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Manage backups and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Handle onboarding/off‑boarding tasks and maintain documentation.
• Support VoIP solutions (SIP, QoS) and perform basic troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Strong Windows desktop and server skills.
• Solid networking knowledge.
• Good communication and customer focus.
• Ability to work in multi‑tenant MSP environments.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
