IT Service Manager

Join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where technology drives operational excellence. As the IT Service Manager you will lead the delivery of secure, reliable and cost‑effective IT services across infrastructure, cloud, network and end‑user technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, network and end‑user technology services, ensuring high availability, performance, security and resilience.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee change management, operational governance and continuous service improvement.
• Control IT operational and capital budgets, technology roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and lead high‑performing IT teams focused on service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 8‑10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery or technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, vendors, contracts and budgets.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or distribution is advantageous.
