Interior Designer – FF&E & Décor

About the role

ARRCC is seeking experienced interior designers to join its Cape Town studio. You will work on both local and international projects, shaping immersive environments that blend architecture, context, and emotion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple local and international projects from concept to completion.
• Create innovative interior solutions for a range of project scales.
• Develop design concept (DC) and design development (DD) presentations, sourcing imagery, ideas and specifications.
• Produce furniture layouts, custom models, lighting schemes and detailed spatial plans.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure functional, lifestyle‑driven design.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers throughout the design process.
• Prepare detailed registers, technical drawings and documentation to company standards.
• Support project delivery through site visits, installations and quality control.
• Manage timelines, budgets and overall project performance.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of experience with proven multi‑stage project involvement.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion (Twinmotion advantageous).
• Ability to manage complexity while delivering high‑quality work.
• Internet requirement: minimum 20 Mbps, uncapped.
