About the role
The Inside Account Executive (iAE) – Mid-Market joins Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales team to drive growth across a portfolio of private‑sector accounts. You will work closely with Cisco partners, Solutions Engineers and Specialist sellers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that create business value for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quota targets while managing the full sales cycle for a list of at least 50 active accounts.
- Generate, qualify and close opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners and internal technical resources.
- Develop deep expertise in Cisco’s full product portfolio and competitive positioning to shape territory plans.
- Maintain pipeline health, provide accurate forecasts and leverage digital tools for efficient customer engagement.
- Operate in a flexible hybrid work model with occasional travel for key customer and partner meetings.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B selling experience.
- Consistent achievement of at least 100% quota or year‑over‑year growth of 10% or more.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 active accounts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value propositions.
- Data‑driven decision‑making for pipeline analysis and forecasting.
