Immigration Consultant

About the role

The Immigration Consultant will support clients through consular and document‑procurement processes across multiple jurisdictions. Working within the CADP team, you will manage cases from initial assessment to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive support and managing expectations.
• Conduct case assessments, develop strategies, identify risks and recommend optimal approaches.
• Prepare, review and submit applications and supporting documents in line with legal and firm standards.
• Research complex immigration queries, interpret legislation, regulations and policy to give clear guidance.
• Maintain a portfolio of immigration matters, tracking progress and meeting agreed timelines.
• Update internal systems in real time to ensure data integrity and accurate case tracking.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.

Required profile

• Valid South African ID document or work permit (must be submitted with the CV).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with clients, consulates and government authorities.
