About the role

The Africa Coordination Centre (ACC) is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to deliver high‑quality immigration services across multiple African jurisdictions. You will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure applications comply with local immigration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of immigration matters across several African countries, ensuring timely and accurate case progression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear advice and practical solutions.
• Prepare, review, and oversee immigration applications and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Monitor case status, maintain detailed records, and produce regular progress reports.
• Take ownership of complex, high‑risk, or time‑sensitive cases, proactively resolving issues.
• Escalate intricate matters when necessary and drive accountability to meet client deadlines.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsive communication and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in immigration consulting or a related legal field, preferably within an African context.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solutions‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting team leadership and junior staff development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to submit a CV, South African ID or valid work permit, and language proficiency details.
