HR Practitioner – Epping

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Practitioner to join our Human Capital team in Epping. You will support the implementation of company policies, manage employee records, and contribute to the development of a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: attract talent, screen applications, conduct interviews and skills tests, prepare reports and advise management on hiring decisions.
• Maintain personnel records, oversee payroll, leave, training administration and generate related management reports.
• Partner with the Training and Development team to assess organisational and individual learning needs and coordinate skill‑building initiatives.
• Utilise HR information systems to record, plan and manage workforce data.
• Provide HR advice on policies, equal opportunity, anti‑discrimination and OHS programs, and support employee assistance programmes.
• Guide performance‑management processes and advise managers on best practices.
• Manage industrial‑relations matters, including disciplinary and rehabilitation procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, tact and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
