HR Practitioner – Bushbuckridge

About the role

RCL Foods is seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to support its Baking Division in Bushbuckridge. The role provides comprehensive HR services to the factory, ensuring compliance, employee wellbeing, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise line managers on conduct, misconduct, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Represent the organisation at CCMA hearings and Bargaining Council meetings.
• Manage employee wellness programmes and coordinate clinic visits.
• Process recruitment permissions, advertise vacancies, conduct interviews, and oversee offers and onboarding.
• Supervise orientation, probation reviews, performance evaluations and terminations.
• Coach managers on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor employment equity targets and health‑and‑safety incident reporting.
• Collaborate on organisational design, update structures in SAP and maintain job profiles.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence and own vehicle for site visits.
• 3–5 years experience as an HR generalist.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP HR modules.
• Experience using eRecruitment platforms.
