HR Intern – Cape Town

About the role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Fidelity ADT Western Cape unit in Loevenstein, Cape Town. The role offers hands‑on exposure to HR administration, recruitment, employee wellness and transformation initiatives, ideal for recent graduates in Human Resources or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Update employee records and maintain HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and manage filing systems.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist with BBBEE audits and transformation projects.
• Coordinate HR events, career days and wellness programmes.
• Respond to HR queries and direct employees to appropriate resources.

Required profile

• N6, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, BBBEE).
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
