As a key player in our human resources department, you will provide comprehensive HR generalist support to our business units. You will play a vital role in driving organizational excellence by managing the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to performance management and industrial relations.

Missions principales

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including identifying needs, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating seamless integration processes for new hires.
• Performance Management: Coordinate HR dashboards, ensure deadline compliance, and facilitate the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) to foster employee growth.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs, manage training providers, facilitate sessions, and track educational progress and absenteeism.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: Advise managers on disciplinary measures, ensure compliance with internal codes, and handle performance improvement coaching or corrective actions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate results to management, and proactively identify potential organizational risks.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar multifaceted HR role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial relations management.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff (HR Coordinator).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to business managers.
• Highly organized with a data-driven approach to reporting and performance tracking.
