GenAI Trainer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a passionate GenAI Trainer to deliver virtual instructor‑led sessions on its proprietary Generative AI software. You will help participants master AI tools, accelerate adoption, and drive creative outcomes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact, instructor‑led GenAI training for regional and market‑level audiences.
• Support program onboarding, change adoption, and workflow coaching.
• Facilitate the rollout of new AI features and ensure consistent global training standards.
• Simplify complex software functionality into clear, actionable concepts.
• Provide post‑training support, follow‑up, and community facilitation.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience delivering instructor‑led training, preferably on technology platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering AI or Generative AI training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for translating technical topics into plain language.
• Strong passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
