About the role

The restaurant is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead its Sandton outlet. You will be responsible for overseeing all front‑of‑house activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach wait‑staff to deliver excellent service.
• Control stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for timely replenishment.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash‑up and reconciliation.
• Handle customer relations and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate restaurant administration records.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of management experience in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, well‑spoken demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure, lead a team, and meet performance targets.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and energetic with a customer‑focused attitude.
