About the role
Sourcefin, a leading South African alternative funding provider for SMMEs, is hiring freelance videographers to create video content on an ongoing, project‑by‑project basis. You will work remotely and travel to shoots, events or our offices as each brief requires. The role is contract‑based, with each project quoted and invoiced individually.
Key responsibilities
- Shoot brand films that communicate Sourcefin’s mission.
- Capture customer stories on‑site at SMME premises.
- Provide event and activation coverage.
- Produce content for the monthly "Great Enabler" platform, including interviews, solo explainers and roundtable discussions.
- Quote per project, manage invoicing on delivery, and adhere to brief specifications.
- Travel to shoot locations, events or offices as required.
Required profile
- Strong showreel demonstrating videography expertise.
- Clear speciality such as run‑and‑gun event coverage, multi‑cam studio work, or documentary‑style storytelling.
- Ability to provide portfolio link, rates (day, half‑day, per‑project, hourly), gear details and location information.
