Freelance Social Media Manager

About the role

Flight Mode Studio is seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to work remotely on a contract basis. You will lead the studio’s social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and ensure the brand voice resonates with a youth‑focused audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels across platforms.
• Develop and implement content calendars and campaign plans.
• Optimize social media performance using analytics tools.
• Create and schedule engaging posts that align with brand objectives.
• Monitor metrics, respond to audience interactions, and report on performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Expertise in content strategy and planning engaging campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of youth engagement trends is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
