About the role
We are looking for an Executive Support and Communication Specialist to maximise the CEO’s effectiveness. The role combines proactive executive assistance, gate‑keeping, and high‑impact communication to shape a consistent leadership narrative both inside and outside the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, access, information flow and readiness to ensure optimal use of time.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising requests, maintaining confidentiality and following through on commitments.
- Craft and deliver a clear, credible leadership narrative across internal and external platforms.
- Drive organisational alignment through internal communication and leadership messaging.
- Enhance brand trust and CEO visibility through well‑prepared engagements, events, media interactions and stakeholder communications.
- Provide accurate, research‑backed content for all CEO engagements.
Required profile
- Confident, dynamic and socially agile with strong emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable engaging senior, public and informal audiences and adapting messages on the fly.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and trusted with confidential information.
- Curious, well‑informed and able to represent the CEO with credibility and polish.
Required skills
- 3‑7 years supporting senior leaders in executive support or communications.
- Experience with content creation, digital communication and social media (LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in executive support tools such as Outlook and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of speechwriting, briefing preparation and executive protocol.
