Food Technology Graduate Programme – Quality & Food Safety

About the role

We are offering a 12‑month graduate programme in our Quality & Food Safety environment. As a Food Technology Graduate you will work within the Quality Department, supporting Production and Product Development while gaining exposure to real manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality support to Production and Product Development teams.
• Assist with critical projects that involve food science and quality assurance.
• Work with Bill of Materials, recipe management, SOPs and work instructions.
• Participate in on‑site manufacturing activities and gain hands‑on experience.

Required profile

• Completed a National Diploma, BTech, Bachelors or BSc in Food Science and Technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Fundamental understanding of BOM, recipe management, SOPs and work instructions.
