Floor Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

The Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager and enables the team to deliver great customer experiences while driving business outcomes. You will own a department, executing brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory processes and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and help the team create excellent customer experiences.
• Own the department and execute brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory and presentation.
• Coach the team to work together in partnership with Store Management.
• Share feedback with the Manager and team to improve department performance.
• Identify trade opportunities and find solutions to enhance the customer experience and department results.
• Embed customer excellence while growing department results through clear planning and direction.
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and lead the team on impact projects.
• Step‑up to support the wider day‑to‑day running of the store as required.
