About the role

Join homechoice as a Flexi Sales & Customer Associate at the Key West Shopping Centre. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers create beautiful homes while meeting sales targets in a dynamic showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs and convert interactions into sales.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and promotions, ensuring accurate quoting and order processing.
• Guide customers through the full purchase journey, from selection to payment and after‑sales support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, pricing and promotional information.
• Capture orders, payments, refunds and credits accurately and keep records compliant.
• Support basic stock handling, floor replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow cash‑handling, compliance and risk‑awareness procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, support promotions and be flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric (minimum).
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑facing experience with strong service mindset.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Homewares retail experience is an advantage.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
