Finance & Admin Team Leader

About the role

Nxatel is seeking a Finance & Admin Team Leader to oversee both financial management and administrative functions. Based in Pretoria, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate billing, and effective credit control while supervising a small finance and admin team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finance department’s daily activities, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Oversee billing cycles, maintain the Customer Masterfile, and generate accurate invoices.
• Produce monthly invoice upload files and insight reports for operations and sales.
• Handle accounts receivable: post customer receipts, run weekly AR reports, and manage the credit control process.
• Lead weekly credit‑control meetings and prepare related reports for management.
• Supervise and develop the finance and administration team, ensuring alignment with other business units.
• Address customer queries related to billing and pricing.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in finance, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to data integrity.
• Proven experience supervising a small team.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments.
