Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join Yebo Fresh. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales in the field while coaching and mentoring your team. The position combines direct customer engagement with leadership of the sales workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews and development.
• Execute field sales activities, building relationships with retail customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
• Diploma or NQF Level 5, higher or advanced certificate.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
