Fiduciary Specialist (Private Banking)

About the role

Provide comprehensive, customised fiduciary solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, covering legacy planning, business structuring across multiple jurisdictions and tax‑efficient wealth transfer. The role involves interpreting complex legal, tax and regulatory frameworks to develop tailored strategies while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice to optimise tax efficiency, protect assets and ensure seamless wealth transfer to designated heirs.
• Manage client portfolios, identify expansion opportunities and acquire new clients to meet revenue targets.
• Draft estate plans and business succession plans, charging advisory fees for services rendered.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on local products and promote corporate image and market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and innovation.
• Identify and implement revenue‑growth opportunities and maintain a pipeline for business expansion.

Required profile

• LLB or BCom Financial Planning (or similar) with a PGDip in Financial Planning and CFP® designation; a PGDip in Tax is a plus.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in fiduciary, estate planning or related financial advisory services.
