Dynamic Salesperson – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. You will be responsible for selling products, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
• Achieve sales budgets and income targets.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Provide customer‑centric service and address enquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Team‑work, self‑motivation and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and initiative skills.
• Attention to detail, knowledge of sales and prospecting processes, and familiarity with business policies.
• Basic retail knowledge and extensive product knowledge across categories.
• Courage, confidence, emotional maturity, personal resilience, and high energy.
