Delivery Lead – Telecom Software Engineering

About the role

The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading end‑to‑end delivery, design and implementation of telecommunications products, platforms and customer‑facing capabilities while remaining hands‑on in software engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of telecom products and digital platforms.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across engineering teams, driving best practices, coding standards and security controls.
• Drive adoption of cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Oversee API‑driven and micro‑services integration, including OSS/BSS platforms and partner ecosystems.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering, application development or systems integration experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams while staying actively involved in coding.
• Recent development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, micro‑services and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale distributed systems and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
