Debtors Controller

About the role

The Debtors Controller will manage the full debtors book, ensuring accurate accounting, correct invoice processing, and timely payment collection. You will collaborate with operational teams, finance colleagues, and clients to resolve queries efficiently and support the company’s cash‑flow health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the debtors ledger on a daily basis.
• Process invoices accurately and monitor outstanding balances.
• Collect payments within agreed terms and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve client queries related to billing and payments.
• Prepare regular reports on receivables, ageing, and cash‑flow impact.
• Work closely with finance and operational teams to improve credit policies and reduce bad debt.
