About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and staff performance while ensuring compliance with company and OEM standards for brands such as GWM, Chery, Geely and Thorp Certified.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales growth and profitability across multiple automotive brands.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Lead staff performance and ensure compliance with OEM manufacturer standards.

Required profile

Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
Minimum 5 years in a senior dealership management role, preferably as a Dealer Principal.
Strong automotive retail background with proven experience managing sales, profitability, staff and operations.
