Cyber Security Analyst – Microsoft Stack Specialist

About the role

Join a leading investment and technology firm as a Cyber Security Analyst focused on the Microsoft security ecosystem. You will protect both cloud and on‑premise environments, acting as the first line of defence against emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and hunt threats using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Respond to incidents such as phishing, malware, and identity compromise.
• Secure Azure workloads and enforce Zero Trust principles.
• Manage Fortinet firewalls and provide unified visibility through Sentinel.
• Develop and refine security playbooks and automation workflows.
• Drive compliance with Microsoft Purview, GDPR, ISO 27001 and other global standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a SOC or security analyst role.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Azure and Purview.
• Strong understanding of SIEM/SOAR, IAM and cloud security fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset, clear communication and calm under pressure.
