Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for users of a global digital platform serving hundreds of millions worldwide. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong relationships, resolving inquiries promptly, and driving platform engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries across digital channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and positive user experience.
• Guide users through platform features, address concerns, and offer clear solutions to complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and platform usage.
• Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining empathy and attention to detail.
• Adapt communication style to diverse user profiles and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) are a strong advantage.
• Experience in customer support or success, preferably in an international or digital‑first environment.
• High emotional intelligence and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage high request volumes, and maintain service quality.
• Adaptable, quick learner with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
